I'm Cathy and I am a specialist massage and soft tissue therapist. I provide individually tailored specialist hands-on therapy to aid recovery and rehabilitation from work, sport, posture and other stress related fatigue, soreness, aches and pains. After many years working in the IT sector I retrained in massage and soft tissue therapy after experiencing first hand how effective good treatment can be in helping pain.
